Presentation of Materials: Benefits of Rubber × Resin Cross-linked Composite Material "Radicalock"

Introducing the manufacturing technology 'Radicalock(R)' that strongly bonds plastic and rubber without using adhesives!

"Rajikarokku" is a technology that firmly bonds rubber and plastic, which are difficult to adhere using adhesives or double-sided tape, through direct chemical bonding to create composite materials. It applies the rubber crosslinking reaction using peroxides for the bonding of rubber and plastic. At the interface between rubber and plastic, the molecular chains of rubber and plastic are crosslinked. This also contributes to the simplification of the manufacturing process, eliminating the need for steps required in traditional adhesive processes, such as surface roughening, degreasing, primer application, and adhesive application, leading to a reduction in manufacturing time and improvement in yield. [Features] - Capable of bonding silicone and nylon - Adhesive strength exceeding the tensile strength of rubber - No concerns about solvent odor, degradation peeling, or reduction in physical properties - No need for adhesive application or alignment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
